Kolby Sirowich had 21 points and 12 rebounds to lead the Seymour High girls basketball team to an 86-50 victory over Bassick in a second-round Class M state tournament game at Seymour on Thursday night.
Alyssa Johnson added 19 points and 14 assists for the Wildcats.
Alinda Peraj chipped in with 13 points, four assists, four steals and four rebounds and Morgan Teodosio added 15 points for Seymour.
The No. 5 Wildcats will play at No. 4 Bloomfield in the quarterfinals Monday.
Coginchaug 49, Ansonia 41: Jayda Sanchez contributed 14 points and 10 rebounds and Natasha Rivera had 10 rebounds for the Chargers in Class M.
Cromwell 52, Woodland 43: Riley Kane had 16 points and 11 rebounds for the Hawks, and Jillian Barbarito added 13 points and four blocked shots in Class M.
